General Info
Our Halloween Mini Camp will include a guided meditation, arts and crafts, lots of fun games and most importantly life lessons. The age range is 6-13 and children will be grouped according to age, (but not separated from friends or siblings if this is preferred). We will be helping the children learn how to deal with mean words (reduce arguments and upset at home and with friends), stand up and speak up for themselves, boost their self confidence and grow their friendships. Chidren should wear comfortable clothes and bring a cushion and blanket if possible for our meditation. We are always happy to see children return, after attending a previous camp, classes or one-to-one coaching. We do our best to change things around and keep it fresh for all our returning friends.

We believe that children learn best when they're having fun and that is always the goal of our camps. The camps are generally a big hit with kids, the very first lesson is making new friends and growing friendships. If they arrive on their own, they will leave having made a friend. So why not ensure your child is learning this mid-term - social skills and life lessons are essential topics in todays world. Further lessons in coping with worries, being focused, the growth mindset (keep trying), decision making, the gratitude attitude will be covered in our 4-day camps during Summer and also in our after-school classes 'The Confidence Club'.

Please note that if your child is extremely anxious a group setting may not be suitable and we suggest one to one work with them before coming to a camp. However everyone is different, you know your child best.
