Best Life Summer Camps 2025
Our goal has always been to empower children and teens to live happier more confident lives. We created summer camps in 2018 to help children find their voice, speak up for themselves, make new friends and improve their inner talk. Overall the feedback has been very positive - Children love our camps; they're a fun, safe and happy place. We have one golden rule for all children who attend our camps and that is to 'Be Kind'.
We know social skills are more important than ever - so our first day is all about helping the children break the ice, make friends and connect with others.
What exactly do we do?
1. Life lessons: We discuss different topics each day. This is age-appropriate - younger children have a shorter attention span. For 5th and 6th Class children, we use examples related to moving into Secondary School to help prepare any children for this transition.
2. Arts and Craft activities: We recycle and reuse materials, to be kinder to the earth. It is not about the end result but the process. We encourage creativity, individualism and non-judgement.
3. Games: Non competitive games for all abilities. Having fun is an important part of our camps. We reinforce our life lessons during games and art and craft.
4. Guided meditation: to help children to relax and learn how to calm their body and mind.
Our Best Life Camps have been developed using Life Coaching, Mentoring and Play Therapy techniques. The underlying principle of our camps is that children learn best when they are having fun, while they play and make new friends they will discover new ways to feel confident and strong.
Topics Covered:
- Friendships –Connecting with Others
- Dealing with Tricky People
- Self-Confidence
- Speaking Up for Yourself
- Dealing with Worries

Ability:
If your child struggles taking part in camps, or if they have a severe diagnosis, or a serious difficulty mixing with others, the groupwork in the camp may not suit them.
If the camp is not suitable for your child, instead we strongly recommend one-to-one life coaching in person or online to help them. Frequently Asked Questions are available here.
Age:
The camp is for children aged *5-13 . Children should be finished *Junior Infants up to 6th class. 1st Years can come along if they've been with us before or are happy to take part.
We divide children into age-appropriate groups. There is flexibility to remain with friends and siblings. We have learned that when children are very young, they are not always capable of sitting down and joining in during our life lessons, which is understandable. In our experience, children who have finished Junior Infants (at a minimum) will have the best camp experience.
*Young children should have completed Junior Infants.
